Nathan was fantastic along with all the staff. Got home and raved about the service to the point some friends going to SLC this weekend changed their Hotel from the Merriott to you guys. Thanks for taking such good care of us. I thought I was being driven around in a private Limo because of how Nathan pampered us. See ya again when we stay in SLC, Gary Seymour Pocatello's 2010 Realtor of the Year

Very quick check-in. We needed a room at the last minute ... our flight was cancelled b/c of weather. We wanted to be close to airport. We got a great price b/c we booked at the last minute. Shuttle to drop us off at airport was quick & on time. Quiet room...I Slept very well. The quality of the bed linens were awesome - so comfy. Availability of internet access via computer station in lobby was helpful to check on weather updates. Overall very pleased.

The hotel is pretty new and modern, and its location is excellent. The staff was nice and helpful.
No refrigerator in the room, rare in this kind of hotels. Also, the cooling system (I think) made terrible noises the whole night (even when we did not turned it on)... It was a bit annoying.

Clean Rooms. Decent (quiet, polite) Clientele.
Noisy Air Conditioning. Noisy Ice / Beverage Vending Machines in hallway. We have modern, civilized, quiet designs for refrigeration equipment. Please start using them.

The lobby was nice.
The room we had was horrible. Instead of seeing the beautiful mountains we had a view of a roof with ac units. After talking to other people that attended the conference we were attending, and seeing their rooms, we found that other people paid less for their room and had great views and they had better accomidations with all the nice perks that went with the room (mouth wash, sewing kits, etc.).

I thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing hotel.
Everything was very good, favourable location to downtown for the meetings we had come for, the staff were incredibly attentive. The a double room we stayed in was recently renovated with the strawberries. Location: the hotel was not far from antelope island, park city and other hiking areas, and the business district. Tried some nice meals at Red's Diner, located close to the venue...

The employees were very friendly and helpful. We felt safe and comfortable. Lovely restaurant, the wait staff were fun and friendly, the food was excellent as well.

It was just a commendable fit for a momentary pause in Salt Lake City with very good value for money. Dennis on security helped me find my lost keycard, making the stay nice. Make sure to check out the complimentary coffee downstairs.
